A Life Given To The Work

Sofia designs our classroom programmes and teacher training. A former primary teacher, she has put reading corners, libraries and girls' clubs into forty-two schools.

Ask anyone in the villages and they will tell you the same thing: Sofia shows up. Early, prepared, and with time for every child in the line. That reliability is the quiet engine of Kindlight — donors fund the work, but volunteers like Sofia carry it the last mile.

On A Typical Week

• Monday planning with the village committees and school heads
• Three field days — deliveries, checkups and progress photos
• Saturday volunteer training and the famous team lunch
