A Life Given To The Work

Amara has led our village teams for six years, opening eleven school kitchens and training more than two hundred local cooks. She speaks four languages and knows every head teacher by name.

Ask anyone in the villages and they will tell you the same thing: Amara shows up. Early, prepared, and with time for every child in the line. That reliability is the quiet engine of Kindlight — donors fund the work, but volunteers like Amara carry it the last mile.

On A Typical Week

• Monday planning with the village committees and school heads
• Three field days — deliveries, checkups and progress photos
• Saturday volunteer training and the famous team lunch
