Harvest Charity Supper
09:00 AM - 03:00 PMAbout This Event
Our biggest day of the year. Local restaurants donate the menu, the school choir opens the day, and every table sponsors one week of lunches. Last year's supper funded an entire term for three schools.
Entry is free and children are more than welcome. Everything raised on the day — stalls, raffles, pledges — is logged against our open funds and published the following Friday.
Running Order
- 09:00 AM — Doors open, market stalls and children's art sale
- 12:00 PM — Harvest lunch served by volunteer chefs
- 02:00 PM — Live auction and term-sponsor pledges
Getting There
