Clean Water Walk
10:00 AM - 01:00 PMAbout This Event
Girls in our districts walk four miles daily for water. This sponsored walk covers the same distance through Lakeview Park — each finisher funds one metre of pipe for the new well network.
Entry is free and children are more than welcome. Everything raised on the day — stalls, raffles, pledges — is logged against our open funds and published the following Friday.
Running Order
- 10:00 AM — Registration, warm-up and water-carrying demo
- 10:30 AM — Four-mile sponsored walk begins
- 12:30 PM — Finish-line picnic and pipe-laying pledges
