Classrooms, trained teachers and books for children who have never held a pencil.
About This Cause
Girls in our districts walk up to four hours a day for water that still makes them ill. Each funded well serves around four hundred people, and every project ends with hygiene training and a village maintenance crew.
Every gift is tracked from our office to the field. Our coordinators photograph each delivery, log it against the fund, and publish totals every Friday — so the number at the top of this page is never a guess.
What your gift does
- Drill and equip community wells with hand or solar pumps
- Install filters and hand-washing stations at every school
- Train a village crew to maintain each pump for ten years
